All fees are in US Dollars (USD). Payment by bank transfer or card accepted.
Registration confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Invoice issued within 2 business days.
Cancellations before 1 April 2026 receive a 50% refund. No refund thereafter.
An invitation letter for visa purposes can be requested after registration confirmation.
Workshop fees are additional and separate from congress registration.

When will I receive confirmation?

Confirmation and invoice are emailed within 2 business days of payment. Your delegate badge is collected on-site.

Can I get a visa invitation letter?

Yes — once confirmed, email [email protected] to request an official invitation letter for your eTA or visa application.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank wire transfer and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Full payment required to confirm registration.

Can I transfer my registration?

Yes — transferable to a colleague from the same institution at no charge. Notify us at least 2 weeks before the congress.

Are grants or bursaries available?

Yes! africaSTEMI offers travel and registration grants for young cardiologists from low-resource settings. See the Grants & Funding page for details and deadlines.
